Terry Connolly founded Irlam Vale in 1996 along with the help of Linda Connolly, Treasurer and Gail Stevens, Secretary. With Terry as Manager and Mark Ranson as coach and with just 10 Boys they started there first team. This team went from strength to strength and in 1999 they did the double by winning the Warrington Solvay interox league and the Supplimentry cup against Garswood. Terry stepped down as Chairman in 2002 and was made Honoary president of the club. At this time we had teams from under 7`s through to under 11`s, We now have teams from the under 7`s through to the under 16`s with over 170 players registered with this club. We would like to thank all of the above mentioned for all the time they have dedicated to Irlam Vale over the past few years.
